What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, token cost, episode count or series detail on our pages is wrong or out of date, let us know. Include the page address and, if you can, what the official Candy AI page currently says.
- Takedown requests. If you are a rights holder, or you believe something on this site should not be published, tell us which page and why, and we will review it promptly.
- Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, see our privacy policy and email us.
- General feedback. Ideas for new guides are always welcome.
Candy AI account or billing help
We are an independent fan guide, not Candy AI, so we do not provide customer support for Candy AI accounts, billing, subscriptions, tokens, refunds or playback problems. We cannot see or change anyone's account.

Never email us passwords, card details or other sensitive account information. We will never ask for them. You can read more about who we are on our about page.
